I designed a new baby cardigan "Altadena classic cardigan", in an alpaca/wool blend, extra fine yarn, warm and light perfect for babies and toddlers this fall.

Rich deep caramel color for the first one in size 18 - 24 months.

New fine alpaca baby cardigan

One of my dreams is to make clothes for children. Here is the first piece of the 2012 collection.

I have just finished a new pattern for a new baby cardigan in the finest alpaca/wool blend.

Why alpaca for children clothes?

Because alpaca is the one of the warmmest, softest and lightest yarn. It is also a stronger, non scratchy yarn, ideal for multiple washing and sensitive baby skin.

The cardigan is available in 7 different colors, 4 sizes

Sky, mustard, rasberry, taupe, fox, mouse, navy

3-6 months, 6-12 months, 12-18 months, 18-24 months

Je viens juste de finir un nouveau modèle de gilet pour bébé dans un mélange alpaga/laine ultra fin.

Pourquoi de l'alpaga pour des vêtements d'enfants?

Car l'alpaga est une des laines les plus chaudes, douces, et légères qui soit. C'est aussi la plus résistante et la moins irritante,  idéale pour les peaux sensibles des bébés et les nombreux passages en machine.

Cloe's knit ...part2

I created this great outfit for Cloe's birth a few months back according to her mum's wishes.

She wanted something simple...but special so I included
★ a basic pattern for hat and pants (my design), in Debbie Bliss Baby Cashmerino, wine (28)
★ a wrapping sweater with ribbon





Yarn: Debbie Bliss Baby Cashmerino, spring green (02)
Ribbon: velvet thin in Bordeaux wine color matching color from the pants and hat, found at "Entrée des fournisseurs" in Paris





★ my favorite bootees and as I has a little left over decided to add gloves.

I am working on a 3-6 month pattern and a matching baby doll version.
